2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• If we are unable to provide the scheduled service for reasons within our control.
• If you have purchased a package and have not yet used any sessions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, cancel within 48 hours of the lesson, or if you are found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. Refund Process

5. Course Cancellation by Claimbonushub

In the rare event that Claimbonushub cancels a course, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to a new date. No additional compensation is provided unless required by law.
