2. Services Description

Claimbonushub provides driving lessons, defensive driving courses, and related training services in the 171 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia area. All services are subject to availability and require a valid booking confirmation.

3. Bookings and Payments

To reserve a lesson or course, you must make a booking through our website or by phone. All payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in the local currency and may change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all packages.
• Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
• Receipts and tax invoices are issued for all transactions.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations confirmed at least two full days ahead of the scheduled lesson receive a complete refund. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, a cancellation charge equivalent to half of the session price applies. Failure to attend without prior notice is non-refundable. 5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking. You must hold a valid learner or driver's licence as required by law. You must not attend a session under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and you must follow instructor guidance during lessons.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality training, Claimbonushub is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where required by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
